The Museum of London’s new iPhone app, StreetMuseum, lets you see London in a whole new way. Just hold your camera up and an overlay of an historic image from the museum’s extensive collection of paintings and photography appears in view. Groovy, baby!
My favorite iPad app so far:
As much as I love living in LA there is nothing more that I hate than the traffic I have to bare every day getting around. Im sure everyone who live in LA can relate as there is no way around the traffic. It has become an part of our lives which we have to learn to accept or one day SNAP!.
Here is a video which shows what LA would be like without people. These sites are normally so crowded that it makes it kind of surreal looking and this video.
Running on Empty from Ross Ching on Vimeo.
A palindrome reads the same backwards as forward. This video reads the exact opposite backwards as forward. Not only does it read the opposite, the meaning is the exact opposite..
This is only a 1 minute, 44 second video and it is brilliant. Make sure you read as well as listen…forward and backward.
This is a video that was submitted in a contest by a 20-year old. The contest was titled “u @ 50″ by AARP. This video won second place. When they showed it, everyone in the room was awe-struck and broke into spontaneous applause. So simple and yet so brilliant.
What a beautiful illustration of what motivates us humans!

Check out these handmade, illuatrated posters from the recent London screenprint exhibit, Lyrics and Type.
Sketchbook, the iPad application made by Autodesk, has tons of features and seems to be a good alternative for creatives who might want to use an alternative to Photoshop while on the go. This program also has tons of rich features such as layers, history states, brushes and plenty other features that are intuitive and easy to master.
This video captures New York through a time lapse and tilt shift camera effects giving the entire video a miniature toy like feel.
I recently noticed some kids sporting those cool sneakers that lit up as they ran around the house and thought to myself how much I would have enjoyed those shoes when I was their age…well, if you’re an adult like me and want in on some of that fun now, for $2,495 you can enjoy the same (almost) experience with Jimmy Choo ‘Zappa’ Sandals–though they’re probably much harder to run around in. Combining fashion and technology, the batteries in these eye-catching illuminated paltforms will last for about 100 hours of continuous use. See more images here.
